Sanaam Luang (near the Viengtai, our first-stop hotel) first day in BKK. The weekend market now, which is much more extensive, and in fact REALLY COOL, is out at Chatuchak . . . take the Skytrain out to Mo Chit (Dr. Chit!), the last stop, & walk across the street.
Luuksya (= tiger cubs, Boy Scouts) . . . every Thursday was luuksya day, and practically all the boys would come to school in uniform-- the girls did something similar . . . Red Cross? Anybody remember?
